Paradiset is looking for a location manager for several of our restaurants in Gothenburg. We are recruiting for the spring, starting with training in February/March/April. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, enjoys working with people, and has good social and communication skills.

As a location manager with us, you will have overall responsibility on-site in the restaurant. You should have experience in serving and bar work, and preferably have previous experience in a responsible role. The tasks include simpler schedule administration, orders, inventory, introduction of new staff, etc. Work in the restaurant is also included, such as serving food and drinks, welcoming guests, cash handling, collaborating with the kitchen and other staff, and ensuring order and structure in the restaurant. Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We serve craft pizza and small dishes in combination with natural wines and local beer. Knowledge in this area is a plus.
